Seems the traveling bug caught me and I and three friends decided to travel the way that's best embodies nature..Bikes.
The rain drops on your face when your bike is cruising around at 7o kmph, with the reassuring beat of the engine..Is something that has to be experienced not told.
So, me an inexperienced biker along with three guys decided to bike up to a place known as bhimashankar which is around 130 km pune.
We started driving in a file, with me in the middle as I was the newbie.
We made out of pune in good time other than false scare regarding a a non existent tyre puncture which my cousin bro felt.
Our villages are a sight to describe, the people friendly and time seems to be moving in a different dimension.
After an hour of riding we decided to stop at a small village for a tea..And believe me the tea tasted awesome,, heavenly . Was it rustic place, the jovial shopkeeper. Who knows but the tea was the best I tasted in a long time.
From here on biking was tough as roads were bad.
Will write some more about the place later..As time to log off and go home. And one more day in the life of an Indian IT professional comes to an end.
